So this video totally kicked my butt. Even though it says it is an easy beginner’s practice video, I found it to be extremely challenging. With that being said, it was a good challenge. I had to take breaks throughout because I have absolutely no upper body strength and there were some poses that I just don’t have the flexibility for yet. I look forward to the day when this video becomes “easy”.
Day 2
Stress from being home is really getting to my back. I tend to hold my stress right in between my shoulder blades. This video tonight have helped a ton. My back is already feeling some real relief.

Ultimate Goal
I want to get flexible and fit.
I want to be healthy.
I want to have confidence.
I want to eat better and feel better.
My goal for the summer is to obtain all of the above and more.
YogaI am going to do this daily until it becomes easy. I fell flat on my face in the first minute. I majorly lack upper-body strength.
