So this video totally kicked my butt. Even though it says it is an easy beginner’s practice video, I found it to be extremely challenging. With that being said, it was a good challenge. I had to take breaks throughout because I have absolutely no upper body strength and there were some poses that I just don’t have the flexibility for yet. I look forward to the day when this video becomes “easy”.
Stress from being home is really getting to my back. I tend to hold my stress right in between my shoulder blades. This video tonight have helped a ton. My back is already feeling some real relief.

I am going to do this daily until it becomes easy. I fell flat on my face in the first minute. I majorly lack upper-body strength.
